We will contact you to inform you of any outstanding balance and, with your permission, will add additional costs to credit/debit card transactions.

Cancellations and Returns

Customers have a right to cancel their order and receive a full refund at any time from the date of contract up to the date we despatch the goods.
On receipt of goods the customer may return the goods, undamaged, within 7 working days, to receive a refund of the value of returned goods less any shipping costs incurred by JDM Models. The customer will be liable for the costs of returning such goods.
Refunds will be settled within 30 days of the cancellation or within 30 days of JDM Models receiving returned goods.

Deliveries

Except for such items that are advance orders, out of stock, or renamed locomotives etc., goods will be despatched within 5 working days of full payment being received and cleared. If this proves for whatever reason not to be possible, the customer will be informed immediately, and offered a full refund.

If you have an issue with any of our services or goods, please contact us. Complaints received by email will usually be acknowledged within 5 working days.
